We call to confirm
We check the date and time window you asked for against the calendar. If your first choice is already taken, we tell you the nearest openings rather than leaving you waiting.

What happens next
From your request to Santa at the door
Nothing is booked automatically and no deposit is taken online. A person reads every request and calls you back.
We plan the details
Send the children's names and ages, the gifts you would like Santa to hand out, and anything he should know. Santa arrives already knowing who he is about to meet.
Santa arrives
A standard visit runs about 30 minutes: a greeting for every child by name, wish lists, a short story, the gifts you set aside, and photos by the tree.
Worth having ready before the visit: a sturdy straight-back chair without arms, a decorated spot with room behind it for group photos, and gifts labeled with names. The tips for a great visit page covers the full setup. If you do not see your town on the locations page, send it with your request and we will tell you right away.
